Data Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Philippines; hybrid-first environment with an office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila. Relocation support is available for employees and their families relocating to Manila, including flights, accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics.

What you will do

• Work with the Head of Economics to turn model logic into production-ready Python and SQL code.
• Build and maintain datasets covering cohorts, cashflows, losses, funding, fees, and revenue.
• Automate scenario and sensitivity runs supporting pricing, credit-limit, and product decisions.
• Own the end-to-end NPV and unit economics model for the credit card portfolio.
• Validate model outputs against actual portfolio performance and investigate discrepancies.
• Translate model logic into clear, implementation-ready specifications for other teams.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics.
• Strong Python, including pandas, and SQL for data exploration and production analytics logic.
• Solid understanding of unit economics and financial modeling, including cashflows, NPV, and cohorts, gained through direct modeling experience or hands-on work with such models.
• High attention to detail, as small errors can affect economics in production.
