What you will do

• Own and manage the BEE data backbone, analytics data model, BI roadmap, KPI framework, and Power BI dashboard portfolio.
• Design and maintain standardized reporting products, analytical models, self-service analytics solutions, and decision-support tools.
• Develop and manage predictive models, AI use cases, and analytics initiatives while tracking delivered business value and adoption.
• Act as operational Data Manager for BEE data assets, maintaining data quality, governance, compliance, business definitions, and standards.
• Design, implement, and automate data integration and ingestion from internal and external systems.
• Partner with stakeholders, data owners, users, analysts, engineers, the Tooling Lead, and the Asset & Documentation Manager to establish a single source of truth.

Requirements

• Stakeholder management skills to collaborate across and beyond BEE and deliver tailored reporting.
• Ability to manage complexity and create a single, central source of truth for BEE data.
• Experience with data collection and analysis to pre-analyse sources and deliver business insights.
• Knowledge of data integration and automated data ingestion through APIs, database connections, file exchanges, or other available methods.
• Python and SQL development skills for data extraction, transformation, and process automation.
• Experience designing, implementing, and automating data pipelines for analytics.
• Ability to ensure data quality, governance, compliance, traceability, auditability, and business fit.
• Collaborative, proactive, and creative approach in a fast-changing and complex environment.
