Solutions Engineer (Fintech)

Location: New York City; full-time in office

Salary: $135,000–$220,000 annually + equity

hirify.global is a high-growth startup rebuilding business identity infrastructure for US financial institutions and expanding it into trust infrastructure for agentic commerce.

What you will do

• Understand customer requirements and design implementation strategies for identity verification solutions.
• Guide customers through API integrations and support successful hirify.global product deployments.
• Create technical documentation, implementation plans, guides, and solution architectures.
• Deliver technical product demonstrations and train customers on hirify.global products and APIs.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams while collecting and communicating customer feedback.
• Provide post-implementation technical guidance and stay current with identity verification trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a technical role, product management, or a customer-facing position.
• Fundamental knowledge of API concepts and web technologies.
• Ability to document requirements effectively and remain detail-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex challenges.
• Adaptability and confidence navigating ambiguity.
• Highly collaborative approach to cross-functional work.

Nice to have

• Experience in solutions engineering, implementation, or technical customer success.
• Basic coding skills in Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with identity verification, KYC/KYB processes, or financial compliance.
• Experience with fintech or financial institutions.
• Experience leading technical discovery calls, product demonstrations, or implementation workshops.
