Public Sector Platform Solution Consultant (AI/ML)

Salary: $145K–$170K base salary per year, plus potential equity, benefits, annual bonus, or commission plan.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end platform implementations, including solution architecture, configuration, deployment, and scalable implementation best practices.
• Configure AI-driven decisioning engines, machine learning outputs, automated workflows, rules, and thresholds to support client risk and identity strategies.
• Help clients integrate AI-powered signals into existing technology stacks and design automated decisioning flows that reduce manual review and accelerate approvals.
• Diagnose deployment issues involving data pipeline integrity, API performance, AI model response handling, and complex integration scenarios.
• Deliver client training and contribute to enablement resources, playbooks, and documentation for AI-powered identity verification.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Data Science, and the Product Solutions Consulting team to improve workflows and measurable client outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of public sector identity or fraud-related experience in technical implementation, solution consulting, or support engineering, preferably in SaaS, AI/ML platforms, or data-driven technology.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, automated decisioning systems, or data analytics; model-building experience is not required.
• Strong working knowledge of APIs, data integration patterns, and web-based platforms, with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Data-curious approach to evaluating performance metrics and identifying improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple client workstreams with structure, clarity, and proactive communication.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical, analytical, or related field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with identity verification, fraud prevention, risk modeling, or compliance platforms.
• Exposure to machine learning model outputs, feature engineering concepts, or data pipeline tooling such as SQL, business intelligence tools, or data warehouses.
• Experience working in enterprise client environments with complex technical stacks.
