Solution Consultant (AI)

Location: Remote US; candidates must reside in AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, KS, MA, MI, NE, NJ, NV, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA, or WI.

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 base salary plus $60,000 commission.

What you will do

• Lead technical and business discovery with enterprise and strategic clients, translating workflows, systems, and requirements into hirify.global solution designs.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and proofs of concept showing how hirify.global works within customer environments and integrations.
• Advise technical, security, compliance, and business stakeholders on AI, platform architecture, integrations, and data handling.
• Identify recurring customer needs and shape them into repeatable hirify.global-based solutions, reference designs, and reusable enterprise-sales assets.
• Partner with delivery teams on the transition from sale to implementation and keep scoped commitments aligned with delivery.
• Bring structured feedback to Product and Product Marketing and keep Account Executives current on capabilities and positioning.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in technical consulting, sales or solution engineering, and/or solution architecture for complex, long-term enterprise engagements.
• Intermediate to expert knowledge of AI systems and architecture, including how AI applications are built, governed, and deployed.
• Strong grounding in enterprise integration design and common integration patterns, including CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Executive presence and clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical detail for business decision-makers.
• Comfort operating in a growth-stage environment where processes and assets are still being built.
• Background and reference checks are required as part of onboarding.

Nice to have

• Experience across both presales and post-sale delivery or consulting.
• Familiarity with financial services or another regulated industry.
