Product Marketing - Agents - Government (AI)

Location: Remote and globally executable; optional access to offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.

What you will do

• Own positioning and packaging for ElevenLabs for Government.
• Scale the product narrative across national and local government in the UK and EU, federal/state/local government in the US, and public-sector agencies across APAC, LATAM, and other regions.
• Anchor messaging in citizen outcomes, including non-emergency contact centers, benefits and eligibility, health and social services, licensing, and permitting.
• Position the solution around accessibility, compliance, language requirements, security, and data-residency mandates.
• Lead industry content, landing pages, and thought-leadership pieces.

Requirements

• Experienced product marketer who has scaled messaging for Government and Public Sector segments from a growth or product-marketing role, ideally both.
• Experience selling or marketing into more than one public-sector segment.
• Technical ability to become an internal expert on conversational agents, including latency, telephony, tool calls, evaluations, and guardrails.
• Excellent project management across multiple countries, regulatory regimes, and simultaneous launches.
• Initiative, autonomy from day one, prioritization of learning and contribution, and low ego.
