Associate Manager, Health & Government Transformation (AI)

What you will do

• Lead and structure workstreams covering strategy refresh, operating model design, governance advisory, and proposal development for health and government clients.
• Prepare client-facing proposal decks, budget and staffing models, and executive-level reporting.
• Design and facilitate stakeholder engagement processes, including large-group workshops and executive off-sites.
• Develop and maintain custom AI-enabled tools for research automation, financial analysis, proposal generation, and meeting synthesis.
• Apply the internal knowledge base to strengthen proposals and track-record positioning.
• Bridge consulting delivery teams with hirify.global's emerging AI tooling capability.

Requirements

• MSc in Information Systems for Business Performance or equivalent, with prior degree-level study in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in management consulting, including traditional strategy or operating model advisory, or hands-on delivery in a boutique consulting environment.
• Direct experience engaging Western Australian health-sector and government stakeholders, including state-level departments and regional health or research institutions.
• Practical ability to build and deploy AI-assisted delivery tooling for professional services, rather than only using AI as an end consumer.
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner certification.
• Certified Scrum Master certification.
