What you will do

• Roll out Cursor across strategic engineering organizations and design high-impact production workflows.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption by helping organizations move from isolated usage to company-wide AI-native development.
• Serve as a trusted technical partner for developers, platform teams, and executives, leading architecture reviews and strategic planning.
• Translate AI tool adoption into measurable outcomes, such as faster iteration cycles and improved engineering quality.
• Collect and synthesize customer feedback to help Product and Engineering teams shape new capabilities and reusable playbooks.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or developer tooling.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
• Deep understanding of SDLC tooling, CI/CD systems, governance, and enterprise engineering environments.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical audiences and executive stakeholders.
• High ownership and comfort operating in fast-moving environments with significant ambiguity.
• Must be based in Australia and willing to travel to customers.
