Location: Brisbane, Australia; hybrid working

Salary: AUD 100,000–130,000 per annum plus superannuation. The offer section also states AUD 90,000–120,000 plus superannuation.

hirify.global is hiring for an AI consulting role supporting Australian businesses with practical AI adoption.

What you will do

• Work with clients to identify practical AI opportunities across their operations and translate business challenges into realistic use cases.
• Run discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders from operational teams to senior decision-makers.
• Develop AI strategies and implementation roadmaps.
• Advise on responsible AI adoption and governance.
• Recommend AI solutions across platforms such as OpenAI and Anthropic and help teams adopt new AI capabilities.
• Work with technical teams to turn recommendations into successful outcomes while building strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, AI consulting or advisory, generative AI platforms, or client-facing technology roles.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and facilitate workshops.
• Ability to work with stakeholders ranging from junior teams to executives.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how to identify AI applications that solve genuine business problems.
• Understanding of technology, business, and people, with the ability to connect these areas.
