AI Consultant (AI Advisory / Managed Services)

Location: Adelaide or Brisbane, Australia (Hybrid)

Salary: AUD 90,000–110,000 per annum plus superannuation

What you will do

• Lead AI discovery workshops with SMB and mid-market customers.
• Identify practical AI use cases that improve business outcomes.
• Translate business challenges into AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Advise customers on AI adoption, governance, and responsible use.
• Recommend AI solutions using platforms such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Build trusted relationships with executives and operational teams while working with technical teams to deliver customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of generative AI platforms.
• Experience working across multiple customers or environments.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to explain complex technology in simple terms.
• Confidence working independently with customers.

Nice to have

• Managed Services or MSP experience.
• Infrastructure or cloud technology background.
