What you will do

• Evaluate, install, configure, integrate, and sustain electromechanical systems for factory requirements.
• Use data analytics to troubleshoot equipment issues and support reliable, efficient, and environmentally responsible high-volume manufacturing.
• Collaborate with automation, control, supply chain, industrial engineering, suppliers, and other virtual factory teams to deploy capabilities and technical solutions.
• Develop performance metrics and drive preventive maintenance programs to achieve equipment availability targets.
• Manage project lifecycles, including planning, budgeting, procurement, installation, and post-implementation reviews.
• Conduct gap analyses and design systems for disruptive manufacturing technologies and new product implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as Manufacturing Engineering or Computer Science and Engineering, with 0–1 years of hands-on manufacturing systems engineering experience demonstrated through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training; or a Master's degree in a relevant field with no prior professional experience.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools for system evaluation and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of electromechanical systems and their integration into manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and performance-monitoring metrics.
