Senior Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering - Equipment (Master’s New Graduate | 0-2 Years Experience)

Location: Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia; onsite at the Sarawak Kuching Office.

What you will do

• Support equipment troubleshooting, installation, qualification, modification, characterization, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement equipment automation, upgrades, and AI-enabled solutions to improve equipment stability, performance, and productivity.
• Prepare electrical drawings and wiring layouts, debug software, and develop control systems for cleaning equipment.
• Integrate equipment modules and systems and design, modify, and assemble mechanical and electrical components for square glass, chemical etch, and cleaning processes.
• Develop maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing procedures, and support equipment design, modification, expansion, and automation projects.
• Prepare SOPs, safety, environmental, and HIRAC documentation; train technicians and collaborate with process, manufacturing, automation teams, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Optical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant engineering qualifications are eligible to apply.

Nice to have

• Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with equipment, automation, electrical or mechanical systems, or process equipment.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Experience or strong interest in automation, AI, robotics, and new technologies.
