What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Drive equipment uptime, reliability, and overall maintenance effectiveness.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Analyze equipment performance to implement sustainable improvement solutions.
• Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, and Quality teams to achieve manufacturing targets.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and external vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field).
• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or equipment engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in people management.
• Strong knowledge of OEE, MTBF, MTTR, TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma tools.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
