Senior Product Manager (Billing & Pricing)

What you will do

• Define and evolve platform capabilities supporting scalable product development and integrations.
• Own the end-to-end billing experience, including invoicing, payment processing, and subscription management.
• Develop pricing models aligned with customer value and business goals, using market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams on compliance, launches, and delivery.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritize backlogs and manage roadmaps.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or platform-based businesses.
• Strong understanding of billing systems, payment gateways, and pricing strategies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and legal.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience with global billing and tax compliance.
• Knowledge of usage-based pricing and subscription models.
• Background in platform architecture or subscription product management.
