Product Manager / Senior Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote; Northern Ireland, United Kingdom; Leatherhead, United Kingdom; Dublin, Ireland.

What you will do

• Own a product area end-to-end, including strategy, long-term roadmap, prioritised backlog, requirements and key investment cases.
• Lead complex, high-impact initiatives across squads, functions and regions, collaborating with Engineering, Design and Product Operations.
• Conduct customer discovery, analyse data, run experiments and validate assumptions through regular customer and regional-team interactions.
• Translate insights into product problems, requirements and actionable delivery plans while communicating trade-offs, risks and progress.
• Track adoption, customer outcomes, ROI and ARR after launch, using data and feedback to improve impact.
• Mentor and support other Product Managers and strengthen product practices across the team.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of Product Management experience with a proven record of successful product launches and significant business outcomes.
• Strong customer empathy, structured problem-solving skills and experience validating assumptions with salons and end-users.
• Ability to connect product and roadmap decisions to strategy, customer value, commercial outcomes and technical feasibility.
• Confidence partnering with Engineering and Design, challenging ideas constructively and making effective trade-offs.
• Ability to influence without authority, build credibility, align senior stakeholders and communicate clearly and persuasively.
• Organised, dependable, resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage ambiguity and follow work from discovery through impact.
• Outcome-focused and analytical approach, including defining KPIs, tracking ROI and ARR, analysing product usage and using evidence to guide decisions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development frameworks, with experience using Jira and Looker.

Nice to have

• Experience in hair, beauty or wellness, consumer products, mobile products or another relevant product area.
• Experience selecting and managing suppliers or vendors.
