Senior Product Manager (Accounts & Payments)

Location: Atlanta, GA preferred; remote candidates accepted from anywhere in the U.S. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap for a core product pod focused on payments, accounts and fraud, or responsible gaming and compliance.
• Make strategic tradeoffs between growth and trust, speed and compliance, and user experience and operational burden.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to architect systems that scale across new states, payment methods, and player volumes.
• Design products and internal tools that reduce manual work, including fraud review, compliance checks, and payout operations.
• Align Engineering, Finance, Risk, Legal, Operations, Customer Experience, and Data teams around shared business outcomes.
• Communicate the pod’s vision and progress to leadership, advocate for resources, and help coordinate the broader PAM domain.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 1+ years leading a small PM team or owning a critical squad.
• Deep expertise in at least one of payments and monetization, fraud prevention and account security, or compliance and player protection.
• Proven ability to ship complex, cross-functional products that move meaningful business metrics.
• Strong people leadership skills, including mentoring PMs, building team culture, and creating accountability.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to manage competing priorities and make thoughtful tradeoffs.
• Experience in regulated industries such as fintech, gaming, payments, or healthcare.
• Mastery of web and mobile product experiences, including Apple App Store and Google Play.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling payments, fraud, or compliance at a fintech or gaming platform.
• Experience reducing fraud loss, improving monetization, or simplifying compliance at scale.
• Deep familiarity with state-by-state regulatory requirements for gaming, money movement, or consumer finance.
• Experience shipping internal tooling or back-office user experiences that improved team efficiency.
• Experience developing junior PMs into strong leaders.
• Understanding of payment systems, fraud detection, or compliance automation.
• Passion for sports and/or the fantasy sports or gaming space.
