Principal/Senior Engineer, IP Engineering (Semiconductors)

Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan

What you will do

• Contribute to the development of high-performance compute processor IP products.
• Participate in work planning, technical specifications, project execution, knowledge sharing, and delivery from initiation through signoff.
• Engage hands-on in architecture analysis, micro-architecture, logic design and implementation, formal verification, simulation verification, engineering flows, signoff, and delivery.
• Collaborate across functions and sites on technical customer engagement, methodology development, quality improvement, product delivery, system initiatives, and system bring-up.
• Support process and methodology improvements and help strengthen team capabilities.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related major.
• Academic research, projects, or studies in digital frontend design, implementation, verification, validation, or analytic modeling or profiling for computational technologies.
• Programming experience in SystemVerilog, C, C++, Python, Perl, or other scripting languages.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new technologies and methodologies quickly.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and translate requirements into engineering solutions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership while continuously developing technical expertise.

Nice to have

• Internship experience, research publications, or technical achievements in relevant domains.
