Associate Engineer, Test Development

Location: TWN - Remote; Work Location: HsinChu City (On-site)

What you will do

• Create and update ATE test solutions and review hardware schematics.
• Support NPI bring-up, test-program debugging, initial product validation, and characterization.
• Gather and analyze test data to identify failure modes, trends, and optimization opportunities.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot ATE test hardware.
• Document test procedures and specifications and prepare reports on test coverage and correlation studies.
• Collaborate on yield improvement and test-time reduction across product groups.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Good understanding of electronics fundamentals and circuit analysis.
• Intermediate exposure to C, C++, Python, or similar programming and Unix OS.
• Knowledge of electronics equipment, including oscilloscopes, DMMs, and signal generators/analyzers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Good communication skills in English and ability to work in a global team environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior full-time experience is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
• Coursework in digital or analog design, testing, or measurement systems.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for test automation.
• Ability to read schematics and basic PCB layouts.
