What you will do

• Own company-level and cross-functional projects from scoping through launch, including plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, handoffs, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate Product, Sales, Finance, Risk, Legal, People, and Operations stakeholders; run kickoffs, standups, status updates, and planning cadences.
• Evaluate new processes, partnerships, and initiatives using analyses and decision frameworks, then move ideas from pilots to operational programs.
• Use AI for planning, synthesis, drafting, analysis, reporting, and workflow automation; lead projects that introduce AI into business operations.
• Define success metrics, analyze data, and create clear updates and dashboards for leadership.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in business operations, project or program management, strategy and operations, consulting, or a similar role; fintech, SaaS, or financial services experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success running cross-functional projects with many stakeholders and delivering them on time.
• AI-native mindset: daily use of AI tools and hands-on experience building a workflow, automation, agent, or prompt library.
• Strong structured thinking, written and verbal communication, analytical judgment, and ability to turn ambiguous problems and data into clear plans and recommendations.
• Comfort with data, spreadsheets, and trend analysis; SQL and low-code tools are a plus, with willingness to learn them.
• High ownership, speed, process discipline, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence without authority and collaborate with people at every level.
