Enterprise Solutions Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York or the San Francisco Bay Area; the role also states that it requires five days per week in the San Jose, California office.

Annual salary: $115,000–$135,000, $127,000–$149,000, or $139,000–$164,000 USD, depending on geographic pay tier.

What you will do

• Partner with Directors on enterprise client meetings, requirements scoping, and solution design.
• Coordinate communication between enterprise clients, the global talent network, and internal delivery teams.
• Design and implement scalable operational processes from 0-1.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on technical handoffs and automation.
• Lead project delivery, performance analysis, workflow quality optimization, and real-time analytics initiatives.
• Conduct daily team reviews and mentor operational staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in client-facing enterprise account and stakeholder management.
• Experience in consulting, banking, technology, or high-growth startup environments.
• Proven experience building operations and processes from 0-1.
• Strong project management experience with complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, ownership mentality, and the ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, business intelligence tools, or automation platforms.
