Data Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site

Base salary: $60,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Create, configure, and audit projects on a data platform supporting Product and ML initiatives and proprietary AI models.
• Own multiple projects and identify ways data solutions can improve model performance, product capabilities, and internal objectives.
• Manage timelines, priorities, metrics, and deliverables while identifying and proactively resolving issues.
• Collaborate with Product and ML teams to define project scope, technical requirements, and success criteria.
• Work with engineers to establish efficient pipelines and audit projects.
• Follow data maintenance best practices and information asset protection procedures, and report suspected security or policy breaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0–2 years of work experience.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an analytical mindset.
• Demonstrated success in a competitive environment.
• Highly self-motivated and ambitious when pursuing goals.
• Strong team player who can also work and execute independently.
