Infrastructure Engineer (Windows/Linux)

Location: Albuquerque, NM, United States; office-based work required.

Salary: $111,500–$189,500 per year.

What you will do

• Maintain DBT infrastructure systems supporting business operations.
• Resolve IT incidents and manage infrastructure support queues under an ITIL operating model.
• Deploy and administer Windows and Linux servers.
• Manage on-premises Active Directory, DNS, VMware, firewalls, and routing.
• Support Azure and third-party identity and user-management platforms.
• Provide escalation support to the Service Desk and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience configuring, automating, and managing Windows and Linux operating systems.
• 5–7 years of experience with automation scripting, including PowerShell and configuration-as-code tools.
• At least 8 years of experience in systems administration or engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• ITIL V4 or newer Foundation knowledge and operations experience.
• Must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR/EAR requirements or be eligible for approval of an export license; some positions require current U.S. citizenship.
• No security clearance is required.

Nice to have

• VMware and Azure certifications.
• Enterprise-level experience with storage technologies supporting multiple operating systems and environments.
• Experience with systems performance tuning, capacity management, and replication.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with broad shared responsibilities.
