Transformation Manager (Energy Management)

What you will do

• Lead strategic transformation initiatives across the Energy Management organization.
• Build and drive the transformation roadmap, priorities, and governance framework.
• Align senior stakeholders and leadership teams around shared goals and decisions.
• Support the integration of multiple entities into one cohesive organization.
• Drive execution, monitor progress, and ensure delivery of transformation objectives.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and remove barriers to success.

Requirements

• Solid experience in transformation, program management, or business change initiatives.
• Understanding of governance models, organizational design, and business transformation.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into action.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders effectively without formal authority.
• Execution mindset, drive, and ability to deliver results.
• Confident English communication skills and ability to thrive in an international environment.
