PLM360 Program Manager (PLM)

Location: Hybrid (remote/office) in Erlangen, Muelheim an der Ruhr, or Berlin, Germany.

What you will do

• Lead the PLM360@GS strategy across solution design, migration, business and digital workstreams, S4E integration, templates, pilots, and rollout activities.
• Own the integrated program plan, including milestones, project management gates, releases, migration activities, critical paths, and cross-program dependencies.
• Coordinate stakeholders, priorities, resources, and timelines across project managers, workstream leads, providers, and governance bodies.
• Run program governance and reporting, including executive decision forums, risk and escalation management, change control, and program status tracking.
• Oversee PLM-to-S4 integration and migration assurance, including testing, releases, cutover, handover, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience managing complex end-to-end IT or digital programs with multiple workstreams, governance structures, and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management processes and enterprise PLM implementations, including hands-on Teamcenter project experience.
• Expertise in integrated planning, dependency management, risk and issue management, change control, governance, and executive-level reporting.
• Ability to translate complexity into clear decisions and accountability.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills in an international, cross-functional environment.
• Fluent English skills.

• Experience integrating PLM environments with SAP or S/4.
