Manufacturing Controller

Location: Bierun, Slaskie, Poland; hybrid model

What you will do

• Collaborate with local and global Manufacturing Controlling teams, interpreting reports and simulations to support decision-making.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, participate in financial closing, and perform variance analysis with explanations.
• Calculate periodic product costs for local and Group products according to HPCS standards and explain cost variations.
• Conduct monthly inventory valuation, maintain controlling-system master data, and perform periodic controls including error-log reviews.
• Support global Manufacturing Controlling projects involving reporting, master data management, and data quality improvement.

Requirements

• Higher education degree, preferably in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in controlling, including product cost calculation.
• Experience working with SAP and Business Warehouse (BW).
• Experience with PowerBI.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Ability to work effectively within a remote and international team environment.
