Supply Chain Central Support Intern (Supply Chain)

Location: Obernai, Alsace, France; up to two remote work days per week.

Internship compensation: €1100–€1400 gross/month for a Master’s Degree.

What you will do

• Support the definition and creation of KPIs for the Customer Service Network and Supply Chain Response teams.
• Document and formalize operational processes.
• Standardize S&OE files and improve request visibility.
• Automate and improve repetitive daily tasks.
• Support supply chain execution activities for European markets, the APAC regional center, and export customers, including crisis management, prioritization, allocation, network support, and availability issues.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain.
• Available for a six-month internship starting in January 2027.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Proficient in MS Office, with knowledge of or interest in Power BI and SAP.
• Initiative, autonomy, teamwork, analytical and synthesis skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Customer service mindset, results-oriented approach, and adaptability in an international and multicultural environment.
