EVS Shift Manager, Offline Authentication

What you will do

• Own shift performance across quality, productivity, SLA adherence, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end electronics verification workflows, resolving bottlenecks, risks, and process gaps.
• Plan resources and capacity, including temporary workforce coordination.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members through performance management, absence management, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Lead operational improvement projects and support EVS-wide initiatives, change management, and cross-location coordination.
• Resolve critical escalations using root cause analysis and corrective action planning, while communicating performance and risks to management.

Requirements

• Expertise across a wide range of EVS categories, with technical grounding in basic automation, coding, or electronics engineering.
• Broad understanding of operational policies, processes, and business priorities.
• Hands-on experience in electronics repair and testing, supported by relevant education or technical training.
• Advanced operational troubleshooting, problem-solving, root cause analysis, risk mitigation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with resource and capacity planning, temporary workforce coordination, SLA ownership, and cost-efficiency trade-offs.
• Project ownership from planning through implementation.
• Strong people management, including coaching, performance management, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Strong leadership, strategic and critical thinking, ownership, accountability, communication, reliability, punctuality, adaptability, and change-management capability.
• Ability to translate operational needs into strategic priorities.
