NetSuite Engineer

What you will do

• Build and maintain NetSuite workflows, automations, reports, and other customizations for Finance, Accounting, and Operations.
• Design and monitor integrations between NetSuite and Salesforce, HubSpot, payroll/HRIS, billing, procurement, banking, and the data warehouse, including alerts, retries, and reconciliation.
• Support the general ledger, revenue recognition, multi-subsidiary consolidation, intercompany transactions, and month-end close automation.
• Build cost centers, track actuals versus forecast, and support FP&A scenario and long-range planning.
• Manage sandbox-first change management, documented releases, NetSuite upgrades, roles, permissions, segregation of duties, and SOX/ITGC controls.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions and identify opportunities for automation or AI in Finance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite development and administration.
• Experience building and supporting NetSuite integrations with Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including the GL, revenue recognition, multi-subsidiary consolidation, and financial close.
• Experience with rigorous change management, SOX/ITGC controls, roles, and segregation of duties.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating NetSuite with an HRIS such as Rippling or Workday to bring salary costs into cost centers.
• Experience with an iPaaS or other modern integration tools.
• FP&A, budgeting, or forecasting experience.
• Experience using automation or AI to reduce manual Finance work.
