Senior NetSuite Administrator & Developer

Location: Cambridge, UK; hybrid

Salary: £58,000–£70,000 DOE per year

What you will do

• Own NetSuite administration and configuration, including roles, permissions, workflows, system preferences, maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and data integrity.
• Act as the senior NetSuite subject matter expert, support business users, and provide training.
• Design, build, test, document, and maintain automations using SuiteScript, JavaScript, SuiteQL, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop dashboards, reports, data transformations, and visualisations for operational and strategic decisions.
• Implement security policies, access controls, segregation of duties, and audit trails aligned with ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials.
• Lead NetSuite integrations and collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT management, developers, and integration partners on system solutions and change projects.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on NetSuite administration experience covering configuration, customisation, migrations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ideally with 3+ years in a comparable role.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript, JavaScript, and SuiteQL scripting.
• Experience working with financial data.
• Strong data transformation and reporting skills.
• Sound understanding of data security, access control, and compliance frameworks including ISO and Cyber Essentials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to translate finance requirements into NetSuite configuration and work across Finance, Operations, technical teams, developers, and integration partners.
• Customer-first attitude, strong project-management discipline, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP implementations or phased rollouts.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or SuiteCloud Developer certification.
