TL;DR
FP&A Business Partner (Financial Modeling/Unit Economics): Building financial models, business cases, forecasts, and budgets while partnering with business teams to turn performance data into decisions with an accent on unit economics, scenario analysis, and analytical depth. Focus on explaining performance drivers, developing business recommendations, and supporting leadership, board, and investor decisions.
Location: Hybrid, with work available from offices in Vilnius, Kaunas, Jakarta, or Luxembourg, from home, or anywhere in the world.
Salary: From €5,000/month, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do
- Act as the finance partner for assigned business areas and own their financial results, insight quality, and analytical depth.
- Work with department heads to build business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses.
- Analyze performance, identify trends and growth opportunities, and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
- Run ad-hoc analyses of unit economics and contribute to bottom-up forecasts and budgets with business teams.
- Support leadership, the board, and investors with reliable financial and business insights.
- Help develop KPI infrastructure and AI-enabled workflows for planning, analysis, and reporting with Accounting and Data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, or a similar analytical role.
- Hands-on experience with financial models and business cases.
- Commercial curiosity, strong analytical skills, and clear communication.
- Ability to work with data, identify inconsistencies, and explain findings in plain language.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, learn quickly, and use AI tools to work more efficiently while applying independent judgment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with unit economics metrics including MRR, LTV, ROAS, retention, and contribution margin.
