Lead FP&A Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Singapore, Singapore.

What you will do

• Act as the main finance business partner for a business unit, working with Industry Market Leaders and Sales on commercial operations.
• Translate financial information for financial and non-financial stakeholders and prepare executive-ready reporting packages and KPI dashboards.
• Lead commercial reviews and prepare client proposals and RFPs.
• Own end-to-end financial oversight of a project portfolio, including business cases, project modelling, run rates, KPIs, and decision-support analysis.
• Interpret complex customer and pricing data and support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across APAC.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• CA Singapore, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or an equivalent professional accounting or finance qualification.
• Significant commercial finance or FP&A experience, typically 6+ years, ideally in software, technology, or SaaS.
• Excellent knowledge of financial modelling and reporting frameworks.
• Working awareness of compliance, audit, and statutory reporting requirements, with a process-driven approach to financial and operational controls.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively to automate tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate concisely with senior and non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders, and align on approaches.
• Sound judgement, timely decision-making, and the ability to operate in ambiguous or fast-moving situations with minimal guidance.
• Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to improving efficiency, reporting, and analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems and tools such as Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Google Connected Sheets, BigQuery, and Colab.
