College Intern – NPI Writing System Engineer (Large Format Printers)

What you will do

• Support Writing System Engineers with large format printer new product introduction, development, and ink qualification activities.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and execute product reliability validation before launch.
• Use test equipment and software tools for functional, environmental, and stress testing against requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve potential product issues early.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities to automate repetitive, high-volume tasks using RPA and machine learning.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Data-driven approach with analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Proactive, independent, and highly motivated.
• Availability for a 5–6 month full-time internship starting around May 2027.
