Product Engineer Intern (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Support test program verification, debugging, failure analysis, and device characterization.
• Execute or coordinate Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and System Level Test (SLT) operations.
• Compile and present engineering analysis reports, DPPM analysis, and yield reports.
• Support high-volume manufacturing from New Product Introduction (NPI) and Mass Production Release (MPR) through sustaining stages.
• Support manufacturing activities across fab processing, wafer sort, package assembly, backend testing, characterization, qualification, early production testing, and transfer to offshore mass production.
• Complete an engineering project focused on NPI deliverables or solving a technical challenge, under the guidance of a mentor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Available to start the internship during the Summer 2027 vacation period.
• Strong organizational, data analysis, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of data analysis tools such as JMP or statistical tools.
• Good problem-solving skills.

• Secondary major or specialization in Data Analytics.
