Hardware Engineer Intern - Bachelor's Degree (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Support hardware requirements across NPI, high-volume manufacturing, and sustaining stages.
• Assist with hardware repair and rebuild cycles alongside Product and Test Engineering.
• Support early production testing and hardware offload during product transfers to mass production.
• Work with planners, suppliers, partners, and engineering teams on hardware requirements and operational activities.
• Drive manufacturing cost reduction, operational efficiency, and quality improvement projects.
• Complete and present an engineering project focused on hardware deliverables or a technical challenge, with mentor guidance.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Sciences, or a relevant discipline.
• Strong data analytics skills and knowledge of AI tools for generating reports and dashboards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Ability to participate in failure analysis of hardware failures using ATE, bench, and physical methods with suppliers.
