Functional Recruiter (BIM)

Location: Remote, United States

Base salary: $70,000–$85,000 USD per year, plus performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Source and engage talent for corporate functions including HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, and Operations, as well as BIM and BIM Design roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority roles, skillsets, and future hiring needs.
• Develop outreach strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Screen and assess candidates, manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer, and support a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to define requirements, align candidate profiles, and support interviews.
• Provide market insights, track recruiting metrics, improve sourcing strategies, and maintain accurate ATS records and compliance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience focused on corporate or functional roles and/or including BIM or design-related hiring.
• Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, Indeed, or similar platforms.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage passive candidates.
• Ability to understand business-function and specialized BIM/design requirements and translate them into recruiting strategies.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and advising on recruiting approaches.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
