What you will do

• Lead planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout activities for eCOA clinical research projects while meeting quality, timeline, and budget objectives.
• Gather customer requirements and coordinate cross-functional teams to support successful study execution.
• Maintain study documentation, reporting, equipment distribution, and archival activities.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, revenue forecasts, scope changes, and invoice reconciliation.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, escalate issues, and resolve customer concerns through structured issue tracking.
• Manage stakeholder communications, support operational readiness for new products, present study services, contribute to business development, and train new project management team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and demonstrated project management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or related industry.
• 3–5 years of project management experience supporting clinical research, pharmaceutical development, or related healthcare programs.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and the pharmaceutical drug development lifecycle.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, scope changes, and financial tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project tracking tools.
• hirify.global Project Management Certification is required where applicable to the line of business.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and maintain a valid passport for international travel.
