Fractional Localization Project Managers

Location: Fully remote from anywhere, with working-day overlap with US Pacific business hours

What you will do

• Manage localization projects end to end, from quoting through delivery.
• Take a share of live work during busy periods and lead operations when another team member is away.
• Handle client scope changes and keep projects progressing without disrupting the client or team.
• Step into established accounts, quickly understand their dynamics, and maintain operational continuity.
• Move between automated platforms and hands-on workflows while maintaining pace and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in localization.
• Flexibility, common sense, and sound judgment when instructions are incomplete.
• Reliable, proactive communication and the ability to work autonomously with light supervision.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Availability for agreed working hours and clear response times, including overlap with US Pacific business hours.
