English to Polish Linguist for Life Sciences

What you will do

• Translate clinical research, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance documents from English into Polish.
• Perform machine translation post-editing on machine-translated safety content.
• Copy edit translated and post-edited content for accuracy, tone, and consistency.
• Meet strict, non-extendable turnaround times for time-sensitive content.
• Work in the client’s XTM or Phrase CAT-tool environment and use Track Changes in Microsoft Word according to project instructions.

Requirements

• At least two years of practical translation experience specifically covering life sciences, clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, and medical documents.
• Meet at least one education and experience pathway: a degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies; or a recognized graduate qualification in another field plus at least two years of full-time professional translation experience; or at least five years of full-time professional translation experience.
• Familiarity with CAT tools, including XTM or Phrase; a license will be provided.
• Familiarity with Track Changes in Microsoft Word.
• Translate and review content involving clinical research documents, regulatory documents, and pharmacovigilance documents.

Nice to have

• Degree in Medicine, Biology, Biochemistry, Clinical Research, Translation, Linguistics, Philology, or a similar field.
• In-house experience at a CRO or pharmaceutical company.
