Own lifecycle plans for Level 2 and Level 4 product milestones and maintain a shared source of truth.
Manage dependencies and critical-path activities across engineering, product, safety, verification and validation.
Manage system-level artefacts and establish milestone-readiness criteria using technical status, metrics and backlog data.

Requirements
5+ years of experience leading complex, multi-team technical or product programmes, including planning, execution and delivery across several engineering teams.
Strong automotive or autonomous-vehicle industry background and understanding of integrated vehicle and software products.
Technical depth to work with engineers, evaluate complex system architectures and constructively challenge delivery plans.
Systems thinking, including understanding how technical decisions, dependencies and changes affect downstream teams and product outcomes.
Ability to prioritise and recommend trade-offs under uncertainty and evolving information.
Track record of identifying delivery, technical and dependency risks early and driving them to resolution.
Experience using metrics, technical evidence and backlog health to assess readiness and guide programme decisions.
Product-minded, outcome-focused approach connecting delivery decisions to customer value and business impact.
Ability to facilitate challenging stakeholder conversations, resolve conflicting technical priorities and create alignment without formal authority.
Clear written and verbal communication for technical and business audiences.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and modern backlog, planning and programme-management tools.
Nice to have
Experience in a safety-critical, regulated or complex multi-stakeholder environment.
Programme-management qualification such as PMP, CAPM or PRINCE2.
