Senior Manager, AI Transformation and Change Management

Location: London, United Kingdom; at least 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Lead change activities across AI adoption, transformation, and strategic initiatives within hirify.global Consulting & Analytics Europe.
• Develop and deliver change, communication, engagement, and adoption strategies for new tools, platforms, processes, governance models, and ways of working.
• Assess stakeholder impacts, manage risks, build champion networks, and support senior leaders in embedding behavioural change and organisational effectiveness.
• Drive adoption of digital platforms, knowledge solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities in partnership with business and technology teams.
• Develop learning programmes, workshops, toolkits, playbooks, and guidance materials for capability building and sustainable change.
• Define adoption and engagement metrics, produce dashboards and leadership updates, and use feedback and performance data to improve programme effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading change management, business transformation, organisational effectiveness, or employee engagement initiatives.
• Experience and understanding of AI and its relevance to driving change and business performance.
• Experience supporting complex transformation programmes within matrixed organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
• Experience developing communication, engagement, and enablement strategies that drive adoption and behavioural change.
• Experience delivering learning, capability-building, and organisational development programmes.
• Strong project and programme management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience using data to measure programme effectiveness and adoption.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting digital, technology, platform, or AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Experience in management consulting, professional services, or large-scale corporate environments.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and emerging digital capabilities.
