Enterprise Transformation and Delivery Leader (AI)

Location: Based in London, with on-site work with enterprise clients and travel to New York and other client locations as needed.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of a strategic enterprise client program from priority-setting and planning through implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact.
• Coordinate product, engineering, project management, and AIOps teams, managing priorities, dependencies, risks, escalations, and accountability.
• Translate client business objectives into a prioritized AI use-case roadmap, validate opportunities, and evolve the roadmap based on results.
• Oversee AI deployments from pilots through production rollout and ongoing operations, removing blockers and ensuring business and technical requirements are met.
• Drive organizational alignment, training, change management, adoption, success metrics, business cases, and ROI measurement.
• Manage senior executive relationships, partner with the Account Executive on commercial alignment, and build a scalable delivery playbook.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation, technology implementation, or innovation programs for major enterprises, with ownership from strategy through execution and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading complex, multi-workstream programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing competing priorities, resolving dependencies, and owning outcomes without direct reporting authority.
• Track record of building trusted relationships with senior enterprise executives, navigating complex organizations, aligning competing stakeholders, influencing decisions, and working with both executives and delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of how enterprise AI and technology solutions are designed, built, integrated, deployed, and operated, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and translate technical complexity into business implications.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans, define success metrics, build business cases, and demonstrate value through adoption, operational improvements, and ROI.
• Strong judgment, decisiveness, bias for action, problem-solving ability, and comfort navigating ambiguity and difficult trade-offs.
• Based in London, with the ability to work on-site with enterprise clients and travel to New York and other client locations as needed.

• Experience in consumer packaged goods, marketing, or commercial functions.
