Technical Program Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid in Helsinki or London, with 3 days per week onsite.

What you will do

• Run new-region turn-ups end to end, from hardware handover to customer-ready delivery, across data-centre operations, networking, storage, SRE, platform, and cloud teams.
• Build and maintain program plans covering milestones, owners, dependencies, critical paths, and agreed team commitments in Linear.
• Coordinate fleet-wide infrastructure changes such as OS version alignment, network-stack updates, and maintenance windows.
• Manage stakeholder communication, including status updates, maintenance notices, and customer-facing dates through Sales and Clusters.
• Maintain risk registers, drive technical decisions to closure, and run post-mortems that improve future site checklists.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to mature automation, processes, and tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager or technical project lead on infrastructure, data-centre, or cloud programs.
• Technical grounding in servers, Linux, networking, and storage sufficient to follow engineering discussions and challenge plans.
• Experience delivering programs spanning several engineering teams and external vendors.
• Experience with engineering tools such as Linear or Jira, plus written planning and decision records.
• Ability to manage complex multi-team plans, identify critical paths, and influence without authority.
• Clear, concise written communication for engineers, leadership, and customers.
• Comfort with ambiguity, rapid change, evidence-based progress tracking, and high-pressure delivery situations.

Nice to have

• Data-centre build-outs or region launches at a cloud or GPU provider.
• GPU or HPC infrastructure, InfiniBand, bare-metal provisioning, or hardware lifecycle experience.
• Experience working across European and US time zones.
• SRE or infrastructure engineering background.
