What you will do

• Support and administer collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, Slack, Linear, and other operational systems.
• Manage operational requests, access management, workspace hygiene, channel governance, and process documentation.
• Partner with engineering, IT, security, and business operations teams to resolve tooling issues and improve user experience.
• Monitor platform health, identify process gaps, and drive continuous improvements across collaboration environments.
• Identify opportunities for automation through workflows, integrations, and process improvements.
• Design scalable solutions and sustainable operational processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, visibility, and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field, plus 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, workplace operations, systems administration, or a related area.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams, Slack administration, workflow automation, or enterprise collaboration platforms.
• 3+ years of experience designing workflows, AI agent-based automations, or process improvements that drive measurable efficiency gains.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Experience with data visualization, reporting, and operational dashboards.
• Experience supporting rapidly growing technical or engineering organizations.
• Ability to influence across teams without direct authority.
