Program Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in the San Francisco office in the Mission at least 4 days a week

Salary: $100K–$140K annually, plus equity

hirify.global is a Series B startup rebuilding financial infrastructure for American family-run businesses through modern accounting, banking, and spending tools.

What you will do

• Own placemaking for the San Francisco office, including rituals, guests, vendors, supplies, equipment, and access.
• Partner with the co-founder and CEO on key meetings, hires, special projects, and decisions from start to finish.
• Recruit customers for research sessions and product pilots, coordinate customer trips, and run local candidate onsites and portfolio reviews.
• Plan coffees, dinners, meetups, and company activations across offices, curating guests and topics.
• Improve onboarding, offboarding, software access, and rollout processes in partnership with department managers and program managers.
• Rebuild recurring processes that repeatedly create friction, including through AI systems and tools.

Requirements

• 1–8 years of experience in operations, recruiting, hospitality, design operations, production, or similar roles.
• Strong hospitality and attention to craft, including guest experience, event communications, and workplace design.
• Ability to identify friction and improve broken systems.
• Comfort with workplace tools, new-hire account setup, conference-room troubleshooting, and using AI to reduce recurring work.
• Connections with talented people in San Francisco technology, startup, design, research, and industry communities.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office at least 4 days per week.
