What you will do

• Own top-of-funnel strategy and execution for assigned senior, scarce-skill, and competitive searches.
• Build target lists and market maps for hard-to-fill roles, adapting sourcing channels and outreach as market intelligence changes.
• Deliver qualified candidates to Recruiters and reduce time to the first qualified candidate.
• Curate candidate lists for Neko-sponsored recruiting events.
• Use Ashby, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Claude while tracking response rates and source-to-interview conversion.
• Share competitor talent maps, effective outreach practices, and market intelligence with Recruiters and peers.

Requirements

• Strong track record sourcing for senior, scarce-skill, or competitive searches in a high-bar in-house or executive search environment.
• Advanced sourcing skills, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and relevant niche professional communities such as GitHub and Stack Overflow for technical roles.
• Working fluency in the domain being sourced and its competitive landscape.
• Experience building and refining target lists and market maps for hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience adapting outreach and channel strategy based on response data.
• Experience using AI or sourcing tools and measuring their effect on response rate and source-to-interview conversion.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential searches.
• Experience supporting invite lists or candidate curation for recruiting events.
• Experience contributing to a shared market intelligence resource for a Talent Acquisition team and sourcing passive candidates in small or globally dispersed competitive talent pools.
