Associate, Talent Sourcer (Fintech)

Location: Based in the Austin office with a hybrid in-office operation.

Salary: $35–$40 per hour base, with eligibility for the Company Bonus Pool and new hire equity.

What you will do

• Build diverse, qualified pipelines of active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, professional communities, and other channels.
• Engage candidates through personalized outreach, follow-ups, and clear communication.
• Review applications, conduct initial screens, and evaluate candidates against defined role criteria.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on intake discussions, candidate profiles, market insights, and sourcing strategy.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, stages, notes, and dispositions in Greenhouse while tracking sourcing metrics and improving results.
• Coordinate the end-to-end interview process, including virtual and on-site panels, and support employer branding, recruiting events, and sourcing playbooks.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting in an agency, in-house, or high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated success building pipelines for professional roles.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system, ideally Greenhouse.
• Experience reviewing applications and conducting candidate screens against defined role criteria.
• Ability to partner effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with technical, fintech, or other specialized hiring.
• Experience working in startup and/or fintech environments.
