Technical Sourcer (AI)

Location: Hybrid/on-site at the Austin, Texas office; candidates must be US persons (US citizen, US national, or Green Card holder)

Base salary: $85,000–$100,000/year, plus potential equity grants and cash bonuses.

What you will do

• Identify, engage, and attract technical talent using multiple sourcing tools and platforms.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on complex role requirements.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines.
• Craft compelling outreach reflecting hirify.global’ mission and values.
• Analyze sourcing metrics to improve process efficiency and candidate quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer, ideally focused on software engineering.
• Ability to create and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Strong research skills and ability to identify talent.
• Proficiency in creating and using Boolean strings.
• Experience with sourcing and recruiting tools and platforms such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and ClearanceJobs.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and tracking key sourcing metrics.
• Excellent written and oral interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
• Self-starter comfortable adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Must be a US person: a US citizen, US national, or Green Card holder.
