Sourcing Recruiter (Pharmacy Operations)

What you will do

• Design sourcing strategies for high-volume hourly roles and specialized salaried roles across pharmacy, healthcare, patient services, hub operations, quality, training, logistics, and leadership.
• Build and maintain active talent pools, map target employers and local labor markets, and develop community channels through schools, workforce programs, job fairs, and referrals.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver curated candidate lists and improve conversion from sourcing through screening and hiring.
• Use AI-powered sourcing platforms, Boolean searches, filters, outreach campaigns, and sequences to find and engage candidates efficiently at scale.
• Write personalized outreach, communicate schedules, shifts, pay ranges, locations, and credential requirements, and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• Track response rate, sourced-to-screen conversion, pipeline coverage, time to fill, and source of hire, using market insights to improve hiring and compensation decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience focused on high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience sourcing both hourly and salaried positions.
• Experience sourcing for pharmacy, healthcare, operations, or call center environments.
• Strong Boolean search skills and creative sourcing techniques.
• Experience with AI-enabled sourcing tools; Findem is preferred.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards such as Indeed, and an Applicant Tracking System; Greenhouse is preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sourcing goals in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Clear written and verbal communication, candidate engagement skills, collaboration with hiring managers, organization, follow-through, data-driven decision-making, consultative relationship building, adaptability, and knowledge sharing.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing high-volume healthcare roles such as pharmacy technicians, pharmacists, or other licensed or certified healthcare positions.
• Familiarity with pharmacy credentials including CPhT/PTCB certification, state technician registration, and pharmacist licensure.
• Experience hiring across multiple sites or locations.
• Experience building local partnerships with schools and workforce programs.
