Commercial Relationship Specialist (Commercial Banking)

Salary: $46,750–$57,270 USD annually; not incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Provide daily administrative and client-service support to Commercial Banking Relationship Managers.
• Coordinate credit applications, collect client financial information, submit facility applications, and manage loan workflows through closing.
• Manage renewals, loan maturities, post-closing ticklers, exceptions, due diligence, and related reporting.
• Coordinate with Credit Products, underwriting, loan fulfillment, and Treasury Management teams.
• Support sales activities, client and prospect presentations, new deposit products, and Treasury Management onboarding.
• Maintain accurate client, pipeline, relationship grouping, and reporting data across source systems; mentor new associates when assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of banking or client support experience, or a high school diploma/GED and three years of general banking experience.
• Ability to partner with internal stakeholders across the organization.
• Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts.
• Advanced verbal, written communication, organizational, work ethic, and self-motivation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• The position may be filled at a higher level depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
