Commercial Banking Representative (Fintech)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; onsite at 1900 West Loop South, Houston, Texas 77027.

Salary: $38.15–$44.75 per hour, plus eligibility for performance-based incentive plans.

What you will do

• Structure commercial loans, facilitate credit requests, negotiate pricing and collateral, and ensure complete loan documentation.
• Analyze industry and credit risk while maintaining loan reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Identify prospective clients’ financial needs and cross-sell banking products and services.
• Manage existing commercial relationships to support customer satisfaction and retention.
• Attend community and business functions, build referral contacts, and represent the bank positively in the marketplace.
• Participate in cross-functional rotations across business lines to develop leadership skills and commercial banking knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic knowledge of banking, accounting, or finance and basic analytical skills using financial and accounting principles.
• Strong relationship-building, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet hirify.global’s driving record criteria; continued employment may depend on maintaining all driving requirements.
• Ability to remain adaptable and resilient, manage multiple priorities, work accurately, and contribute as an inquisitive and collaborative team member.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Applicants considered for the position must authorize an investigatory consumer report disclosing credit history and a review of their motor vehicle driving record.
